Tips Menyembuhkan Mata Belek

Liburan semester adalah hal yang paling menyenangkan dan saya tunggu-tunggu. Namun liburan kali ini cukup tidak menyenangkan untuk saya, karena didesa saya penyakit mata yang bernama belek sedang mewabah. Anak-anak, ibu-ibu, bapak-bapak, ataupun simbah semua kena. Lebih sialnya lagi saya juga ikut kena belek, ih iyuh.

Jujur saja ini pertama kalinya saya terkena belek. Gejala penyakit tersebut adalah mata memerah, berair, terasa panas, perih, pada kondisi yang parah mata menjadi sensitif terhadap cahaya, dan yang menjijikan adalah akan keluar banyak kotoran dipelupuk mata.

Berikut ini beberapa tips menyembuhkan mata belek.

1. Sering-seringlah mencuci muka dengan air hangat. Hal itu akan meringankan rasa sakit dan membersihkan kotoran yang keluar dari mata.

2. Gunakan obat tetes mata yang dibeli di apotek, karena obat mata dari warung belum bisa membunuh bibit penyakit yg menyebabkan belek tsb.

3. Kurangi dan kalau bisa jangan lakukan aktifitas diluar rumah. Jika memang terpaksa harus keluar gunakanlah kacamata.

4. Jangan menonton tv, bermain ponsel, laptop, atau gadget terlalu lama. Sinar yang dihasilkan dr alat" tersebut dapat membuat mata semakin parah.

5. Perbanyaklah konsumsi makanan yang mengandung vitamin A.
